Q. Where is the event, and where do I park?

The event is located in the Viking Union building at Western Washington University. Click here for driving and parking instructions. Parking is free of charge.

 

Q. When should I arrive (attendees)?

VIP: Arrive to check-in at 9:30 for the keynote brunch at 10am.Standard: Arrive to check-in 10:30am for the event at 11am.

 

Q. What is the difference between the Standard registration and the VIP All-Access?

The standard package includes access to all activities and panels, but no access to the opening keynote session. For just $5 more, you receive the VIP All-Access pass, which includes this keynote speech, a special VIP badge, and free entrance into the concert at 5pm.
