Greg Bear has been writing since he was seven or eight years old. He sold his first story when he was fifteen. In the last forty years, he’s written almost forty books, including BLOOD MUSIC, EON, THE FORGE OF GOD, MOVING MARS, DARWIN’S RADIO, CITY AT THE END OF TIME, and HULL ZERO THREE. In October, his novel WAR DOGS will kick off a new trilogy of hard science fiction.

Samara Lerman is an actress best known for her work as Myriad in The Gamers: Hands of Fate and the Assassin in JourneyQuest. She recently designed the costumes for the soon to be released film Dark Dungeons. Samara has worked on a number of other feature films and independent shorts both in front of the camera and behind the scenes.

Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, Robert L. Slater wanted to be an astronaut or a rock star. He gave up those dreams to write science fiction/fantasy, where he can pretend to be both. Like his characters, he speaks in lines from 80s movies. After nearly 20 years as a schoolteacher, he is beginning to have a hint of insight into young-adulthood

If there was such thing as real life ‘Experience Points’, Jen Page would be racking up the geek stats. She’s modeled for various game art including Magic: The Gathering, Dungeons & Dragons and Forgotten Realms. Her likeness appears in three different graphic novels and she’s been made into a mini, twice. She’s also ambitiously pursuing her own art contributions to RPGs including illustrating maps, mythical races and monstrous creatures.

Tro Rex is the writer for the Littlest Lovecraft series of illustrated adaptations of HP Lovecraft's stories. She and her sister Eyona Bella, the illustrator, are working on the second book in the series presently. Tro has also written for various anthologies. She is heavily involved in the Kickstarter community, both through work on her own projects and by assisting others with theirs.

Kodi Sershon is a artist/designer/photographer native to Washington state. Focusing on publishing comic books, he published his first book, "Fort Hope", in 2012 with help from Kickstarter. He is currently working on sci-fi comedy, "Nomads". He runs internet shops under Krampus Press and works as a designer for Edmonds Community College.

Arthur Wyatt is a writer for British comic 2000 AD as well as the Judge Dredd Megazine, and wrote the comicbook sequel to the 2012 movie Dredd 3D. Other works include Samizdat Squad and The Streets of Dan Francisco, as well as numerous other stories set in the Judge Dredd universe, the Rogue Trooper universe and as standalone stories. He lives in Seattle with his wife and two daughters.

Terra writes the Geekly Report for Seattle Weekly and works for Zhurosoft, an indie mobile gaming company. She is the founder of Have You Nerd, a lady geek blog, and recently started a new feminist geek project, The Unicorn Files, highlighting fellow lady geeks. Terra has a BA from UCLA, and a MA in Medieval Studies from University of Toronto. Find her @terrasum
